There are a proportion of homeless people who live on the streets and do not visit Drop In Centres. These people tend to be doing it particularly rough and are even more detached from mainstream health services.
Mobile GP is hoping to obtain funding for a daily 'walking clinic' to visit places where homeless people are known to congregate and try and gradually engage these people in health care.
